Habakkuk 2:2-3 Then the LORD answered me and said: "Write the vision and make it plain on tablets, that he may run who reads it. For the vision is yet for an appointed time; but at the end it will speak, and it will not lie. Though it tarries, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry."

What is "Project Côte d'Ivoire (Ivory Coast)?" "Project Côte d'Ivoire" is the vision the Lord gave me in 2002. The Lord commended me to return to my native country, Côte d'Ivoire, in West Africa, and establish a ministry whose purpose will be to WIN SOULS AND MAKE DISCIPLES. The ministry will include building "The City on the Hill" which will consist of: a church with a 2,000 seat sanctuary; an orphanage; a medical clinic to provide free healthcare; a 30-room "House of Blessings" for retreats and encounters; a leadership training center; a ministry house for the Pastor and missionaries; a dinning hall; a sport complex; and a farm. A special part of this vision is the orphanage. The Lord said He would not leave us comfortless or "fatherless" and the purpose of the orphanage is to raise spiritual champions who will have the Holy Spirit as their counselor. They will be trained to become great leaders who will impact the ethnic groups (about sixty) and consequently the whole nation for Jesus Christ. Click here to view the Site Design.
